  • Structures :
    12” Pile foundation up to 12’ depth
  • Walls :
    External wall 9” thick. Internal wall 9” & 4 ½ “ thick. Fly ash bricks with Cement mortar.
  • RCC flooring Concrete :
    1:2:4 Concrete with steel reinforcement for flooring.
  • Plastering :
    Cement plastering using cement mortar 1:5 for walls & ceiling.
  • Door & Windows :
    All door frames, window frames & window shutters are made up to Teak Wood. Door shutters are seasoned factory made flush doors. Main doors are skin doors with brass fittings.
  • Painting :
    External painting : 2 coats of exterior emulsion. Internal painting : Wall putty, for all wall & ceiling area, two coats of Acrylic emulsion.
  • Wood Painting :
    Putty to all wood work & Enamel two coats for Grills & Wood areas.
  • Kitchen :
    Glazed Ceramic wall tiles up to 7’ ft height above the kitchen platform.
  • Plat forms :
    Kitchen Platform : 2’ width Granite & Granite Sink of 2 x 2 size.
  • Toilets :
    An European closet in the attached *(Parryware) and Indian closet in the common toilet.
  • Floorings :
    2 x 2 Vitrified tiles for floor areas, Thandoor stone for stair case steps, Antique finish rough granite for Entrance steps. 1 x 1 anti skid tiles for Bathrooms and Non slippery tiles for Portico areas. The skirting will be 3” half noising granite (black)
  • Electrical :
    Concealed copper wire in PVC conduits (ISI), III Phase connection for every unit. Ac-point in master bed, Power Plug for TV, Refrigerator, Wet grinder, Microwave oven in kitchen, Cable TV & Telephone cables are concealed and the provision will be in the living.
  • Plumbing :
    All water pipe lines are PVC & internal UPVC pipes of ISI Brand.
  • The layout & houses are designed as per vasthu by an experienced architect.
